ClamAV with Sendmail

Hi,

I was trying to use Clamav antivirus software with Rehat ES. I could learn about compiling the package and updating the software. But I couldn't learn from anywhere on integrating Clamav with sendmail so that sendmail knows every incoming mails are to processed by Clamav. Is it done through procamil. Please suggest a good solution on effectively using Clamav with sendmail.

Regards,

Jomy

run the following command

rpm -grep | sendmail

get that output, eg: sendmail

then run this command

rpm -e sendmail

onec you've deleted sendmail, start looking into postfix. i've writtern a how-to guide for setting up clamAV and postfix on my local LUG website if you can go a path other than sendmail
