CDMA Problem on Mandrake 9.2

Hello!

Guys, I'm having problems starting a CDMA connection through kppp.

The card I'm using is a GTran DotSurfer 6000 - CDMA 1xEV-DO 800 MHz.

My system is a Mandrake 9.2. The system "acknowledges" it.

If I use harddrake, It shows a unknown device named ttyS3. I read on the PCMCIA how-to that the system will automaGically link it to /dev/modem.

If I make a modem query, It goes through it successfully, however, no output is produced for each "AT" query command.

When I try to stablish the connection, kppp "sits down" on "Initializing Modem...".

So... what do U think?

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 8100. I have a driver for the internal lt modem. Mandrake 9.2.

Hope you have an answer.
