Cannot Connect 2 Suse Pcs To Each Other

I have 2 pcs with suse9.2 on the same network, both have apache2 installed and work with when windows try to connect to them,but when both of them try to connect to each other i get this message "the connection was refused when attempting to contact".How can i fix this please.

1. What are the IP addresses and Subnet masks of the two suse boxes?
ifconfig eth0

2. What information is in your routing table?
netstat -r

3. Do either/both machines have firewalls set up?

4. Can you ping one machine from the other?
ping 192.168.0.2

both have the same sbunetmask and different static ips

the firewall shutdown on both of them

and they cannot ping each other

the other windows machine on the network can access the linux machines

i dont know whats the problem

Please provide output from netstat -r and ifconfig eth0 from both machines

Can either of these machines ping the windows machine?
