Apache Limit Bandwidth

Can someone please tell me how I can limit the maximum upload speed that apache will transfer files. I really want to let my friends get at my christmas photos and videos but it is making my internet really slow.

Hi!
There is an apache module named mod_throttle which can cap how many kilobytes (or whichever measure chosen) per second that your webserver sends.
http://www.snert.com/Software/mod_throttle/ will provide you with download and installation instructions.
