[Ubuntu] Issues with net.core.netdev

I've posted on the Ubuntu forums and Reddit. No one seems to be able to help me so I am posting here.

Here is a link to my thread with code and pictures on the Ubuntu forums:
https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2410012

Any assistance at all will be greatly appreciated. I'm at my wits end on this one.

  1. you are not explaining how you arrived at that situation. don't assume that we all know what netdev.something is.
  2. if i don't login, i cannot view the screenshot.

please edit your first post to include ALL the information required to help you.

1. I arrived at this situation because the system monitoring program (Netdata) raised an alarm about this issue. That is the screenshot that you cannot view. I don't see how I'm assuming anything. I explained that I had an alarm raised and that I investigated it. I also posted all relevant information related to that issue that I could find.

2. I'm sorry. I was not aware that the Ubuntu Forums had this limitation. I will respond with the picture and code posted in this thread after I'm home from work and can access the site.
