I'm looking for an apk or a way like:
turn on the screen (without my participation)
make a sound (to notice that the screen is visible)
turn off the screen after a predetermined time
And so that all of this is done in a loop when you turn on the apk.

"APK" would mean that somebody implemented exactly that for you. Unlikely.
More likely: install some sort of automation tool for Android, something that let's you execute shell scripts (possibly termux).

hey,
it would not be possible to implement that.
you can look for a third party application, which can do that for you

Like what? Got suggestions? You've posted several times now all with nonsense or posts that don't apply/answer questions. You have also been reported to the moderators.
Beyond that, if someone writes a program to turn on the screen, play a sound, and go back to 'sleep' for a while, that's VERY doable, and easily done with pretty much any platform.
