How to recover deleted notes from Android device - Huawei P8 Lite?

I'm very stuck in solving this problem (from more that one year!).

I started accidentally the hard reset of my Huawei P8 lite. Luckily I've saved all my photos and document on my SD. The problem is that I had important informations on my memos. I didn't use that phone more to not overwrite data. I explore the features of many software recovey in the market, but nobody has the memos recovery functionality.

I would like to know if it could be possible to recover my memos (only that!) in a safe way, without using external softwares, using Windows or Linux environment

Now I'm trying to recover the database file using the adb shell ... but I have not a big knowledge in database management and just for add actually I'm not able more to root the device... I tried with kingo root and magisk after authorizing the debug usb....

Thanks in advance.
[please, tell me kindly if I'm not respecting some forum rule, I'm a new one]

Is the data sored on a removable microSD card?
Probably not, so...

With adb, do you have root access?
You should be able to recover everything.
Making sense of it is another matter. Possibly stored as a sqlite database. Possible to access with sqlite utilities.

First, click on this in your web browser.

But I don't think you can root your phone now you already "bricked" it.

On your Android phone or tablet, open Keep
In the top-left corner, tap Menu Trash
tap a note to open it
To move a note out of the trash, tap Action Restore.
