I've not visit the forum for long time, it seems the old AndroidQuestions forum has gone, so I put my question here.


I got a problem with the Google Photos app on Android phone, I created some albums and uploaded photos to them, but I did not enable auto backup. I on and off have problem with the app that the album doesn't show up on a phone but the other ok, so that I will clear the storage of the problematic phone and wait for it to reload the albums, that worked some times but not every time, I can still see the albums via the web so they are not gone, wonder how to fix that problem on individual phone not showing the album ?

Check if your Google Photos needs to be updated.

Check which photo isn't backed up · Open the Files by Google app Files by Google . · Tap Images or Videos

My Website is also having trouble logging it in on Android. Can someone fix it for me?
