Which of these can be safely removed through Android Debug Bridge? (I have enabled MicroG repository in F-Droid and I have already uninstalled all google apps, Play Store and Google Services Framework)
How many of these I can remove:
package:com.google.android.onetimeinitializer
package:com.google.android.ext.shared
package:com.google.android.configupdater
package:com.google.ar.core
package:com.google.android.setupwizard
package:com.google.android.webview
package:com.google.android.packageinstaller
package:com.google.android.gms
package:com.google.android.tag
package:com.google.android.partnersetup
package:com.google.android.printservice.recommendation
package:com.google.android.gms.policy_sidecar_aps
package:com.google.android.backuptransport

Not sure that you can de-google android. Kind of like de-microsofting windows. Or de-googling chrome.
Have a look at the pine phone, or see if lineage has a ROM for your phone. You may want to check that carefully first to see if your phone company allows it. And if all of the phones hardware works with the ROM.
In my experience ,, if I go to Play Store-->My Apps (they seem to have relabeled it "Manage Apps") and try to uninstall an app Android doesn't want me to uninstall, I will be presented with an option to "uninstall updates," but not to remove the application itself.
As an aside, I once had a tablet with pure Android installed (it was several versions ago) and it was surprisingly lacking in bloat. I think that most of the bloat is added by the cell phone vendors as they "customize" Android for their devices, though Google is getting its share in these days, including things I will never use, like Google Docs.
Thank you for all the answers. Before removing gms, I disbled it using Insular app from F-droid. I was getting a lot of error messages. The phone was practically unusable with errors popping up every 2 minutes or so. So, I enabled gms on my Oppo A12 CPH2083.
I will certainty buy a phone on which I can install Lineage OS or Ubuntu Touch (or any other distro of my liking).
Distribution: VM Host: Slackware-current, VM Guests: Artix, Venom, antiX, Gentoo, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, OpenIndiana

depends on your phone.
you can safely disable stuff and if needed restore it. Applications disabled this way will not get re-enabled without user intervention
# adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 <package name>
# adb shell pm enable --user 0 <package name>
or you can uninstall/reinstall (tread carefully)
# adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 <package name>
# adb shell pm package install-existing <package name>
I removed ~180 apps from Samsung Note 9 without losing functionality that I care about, but it all depends where you got your phone and what phone is it
Another option is to install custom ROM. It woks best, the only serious drawback is limited custom ROM maintenance time.
