boot problem with customized linux-live scripts

Hello!
I'm trying to create portable debian 5.0.3 distribution using scripts from www.linux-live.org. In order to
do it i modified the linux-live scripts (replaced aufs fs with aufs2
(because of using kernel 2.6.30), replaced build-kernel commands with
debian's build kernel commands, moved out lzma support because of
errors and other minor modifications, moved out squashfs and
squashfs-lzma patches because using kernel 2.6.30). I managed to
compile kernel with my own config file but when
booting from USB Flash drive I'm getting errors I'm using debian's official kernel source 2.6.30. I
modified the kernel config file in order to compile squashfs and aufs
as modules.
How to fix it?

I'm not sure exactly?
I used Remastersys to make my debian live lenny&3/4
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...88#post3740688

However, I know PureOS
is built off linux live scripts and is testing/squeeze
maybe take apart theirs and see how they did it?
http://pureos.org/index.php?lang=english

noticed their using squashfs+zlib
for pureos light...

boot problem with customized linux-live scripts

My USB drive is bootable, I'm sure. The problem is in the 5th line on the sreenshot: mount:...
I made some research and it looks that the line:
mount -n -o remount,rw /
in linuxrc configuration file is causing that error.
It looks like the script can not mount temporary root filesystem from ramdisk.

I just tried to boot pureOS off my USB and I get a similar error
except it says it cant find the livecd.sgn...

I also had an issue booting pld fluxbox, also made with linux live scripts
although it did eventually work...
