Vpn installation

Hello.
I've just installed Linux Mint, and not fluent in technical english (I'm french).
I've been using PureVpn for 3 years with Windows. But now, I'm trying to install it on Linux Mint.
When using Firefox, it looks as if PureVpn was running.
Nevertheless, when I use the Comand "purevpn --login", I can fill my username and password. The answer is "API_LOGIN_18" ???
And after that, if I write "purevpn --status", or "purevpn --logout", the answer is "you are already logged out" ???
What's wrong ?
Thanks

No idea, based on what you posted. Also, you didn't say what version of Mint you're using, but PureVPN is a pay-for service, and you get support with that. They also have a step-by-step installation guide on their website; was that what you followed to install things?
https://support.purevpn.com/setup-guide-for-mint

If you're having problems with the service you're paying for, it's best to contact their support for help.

Of the several tutorials at purevpn, which one did you follow? Give details of what you did.
