Suspend

Linuxmint 21.3 Cinnamon. Which suspend process step by step does mint go through after the SUSPEND button is pressed.

I am asking because I was thinking of suspending from CLI but different Linux's do it differently.

If I remember correctly, Mint uses systemd. The systemd suspend command is
