[SOLVED] <super>+<number> hotkey to launch app from panel launcher not working

Hello, in older mint cinnamon version it worked, but after installing 19.3 it's no longer responding. Also, I couldn't find it in System Settings>Keyboard>Shortcuts. I wonder if this has been removed from mint cinnamon. Is this hotkey available in other desktop environment? Or how can I manually add this hotkey?
Any help I really appreciate. Thanks!

You can always assign the hotkey to the command you want to execute manually.
I.e. assuming you want firefox on Super+1, you tell cinnamon's hotkey editor to execute firefox with Super+1.
