Start > Administration > Software Manager = Nothing Happens!

Guys, in my attempt to delete flatpaks, I managed to screw up my access to Software Manager!

Software Manager appears, under Start > Administration, but when I click Software Manager, nothing happens!

Please tell me there's an easy fix for my naivete!

probably this helps. Also probably you will need to reinstall software manager too. But without details hard to say more.
