Mint 19: change time zone

Mint 19 How do I change my time zone?
I have used sudo time-admin, but the last step does not accept my finally chosen time zone.

Please help?

Have you tried to change the time zone in Linux 19.1 by the Menu method?

Code:
Menu / Preferences / Date & Time / Unlock / Authenticate / Region or Network time / Lock
If you have, and there is still a problem let us know.

Mint 19: change time zone

Thank you, Greencedar!
Yes, I tried Preferences a few times, each time blind to "unlock". Painful struggles with sudo ...
Thank you again.
