Latest version of Flash is always available here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

Choose "for Ubuntu (apt)" because Mint is based on Ubuntu.

I have the latest Adobe flash, but it not working. Tried pepper flash...not working tried other workarounds to no avail... have to go back to windows to register with doctors

It is possible your doctor's website doesn't support Linux (not all websites do). Have you contacted your doctor's office directly for help? Maybe they will let you register in person or over the phone.

What error message(s) do you get when you try to use the site in question?
