dual-boot affecting TruCrypt bootloader?

I have a Vista desktop that has the whole hard drive encrypted and boots into a bootloader to gain access.

I'm thinking about using Mint's mint4win option to set up a Mint system just in case (and for doing my perl programming since Vista throws a fit whenever I try).

Does anyone happen to know if the TrueCrypt bootloader would screw up the OS bootloader (which i'm guessing is GRUB instead of LILO), or what order they would occur in?

The GRUB order should be
Mint 1st place in the menu
& M$ in the other O/S section a little way down the list.
The encryption shouldn't effect mint, only Vista.

it would depend on whether the encryption prevented GRUB from installing / working from the boot partition, though.
