You mean a fresh copy of Mint 18? You can get it from the Linux Mint website.

If you mean the upgrade path, it's not released yet and may well be implemented through the Update Manager (it was for 17.2->17.3 anyway).

Thank you for the consideration of your reply; buuut.....
  1. As far as I can tell, that is a Windows program; annnnd
  2. That Windows program apparently has zero-day exploits – or similar issues.
Then again, maybe I just completely misunderstood what I was reading!

The upgrade path from 17.3 to 18 is now available from Linux Mint:

Please remember to do a full backup before carrying out any upgrade.
