Unable to mount USB device in oracle enterprise linux(OEL) (compaq-c700)


Dear All,

I have installed VMware on my laptop and configure OEL. When i do insert USB device in OEL(through VMWARE), its not detecting. Even after issuing command mount. Please help me what could be the problem?
