Redhat 9 Boot Stalls after line "Floppy drive(s): fd0 is 1.44M"
Hi I'm another newbie to linux. I've successfully installed redhat 9 (I think) on my compaq presario 800 (700mhz, 256mb ram, 20gb, external usb cdrom and floppy drive). However, my problem is after I finish the installation process and it's time to reboot, the boot process stalls after the line "Floppy drive(s): fd0 is 1.44M." Here's what I see on my screen when it boots up for the first time...

After that it just completely stalls and nothing happens. I've tried to do a reinstallation three times and each time it does the same thing. If anyone could give me some advice or point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
