Post Ubuntu Installation Error "No serving hosts found"

Hi Guys,

When I switch on my laptop, as screen shows up showing host configuration search box stating "No serving hosts found" instead of login. Kindly help me to remove this!

"No serving hosts were found." with a place to add host, help/refresh/cancel/connect buttons.

I thought that I'd quickly find the answer to your question using a search engine. I didn't.

However while I was scrolling through search results at ask.com I thought that maybe there is some system service daemon starting that is trying to do some startup connections. My first question to you is whether this window identifies what software is creating it. Do you have some cron job like a bit torrent client that it trying to download a pending or running job?

That is the type of thing that I would check. What is running at startup? Is it a system service? Is it a user land program like a bit torrent client?
