linux mint, debian edition, pci=aer runs well except after suspend str

hello

i have a x541U
it's running both win8 (that i use once per month), and linux mint, debian edition
i noticed that it was very slow, lastly because of HDD SMR (waho)

problem was, while very slow, i had a recurring problem, i solved with grub parameter : pci=noaer.
with this parameter, liunx mint is "running acceptable" at startup.
But (there is a but, if not that subject would not exist lol)
But the thing is, after a suspend (str), the computer seems to be highly slower than just before the suspend.

how can it be solved?
thank you
