hahaha, nice one atheist!, wao didn't know the import fees were so high over in Iceland....it's not like if there is any real internal competition with foreign manufacturers....is therE?
Yeah. They're way too high. And internal competition? Heck no, not one Icelandic computer hardware manufacturer. It's almost as bad as charging us for bandwidth outside of icelandic domains! Which they do! (~$1 each 25MB - which adds up REALLY quick.) The bastards. Makes me want to bite something.
what the heck??!!?!
Don't they have any OTHER source of income those damn iceland government bloody money sucking bats!!
I mean...what kind of restrictions are those...maybe they think people will see other places that are nicer than iceland, and may want to flee there, and then iceland will be completely desserted...hahaha, so no more money for those bloody suckers!,
Hahah. Yeah. Probably something like that. I know I'm moving out of here as soon as I can. I want to try and get into a decent university some place FAR away. Japan perhaps.
Funny thing though... EVERY ISP charges the same amount for bandwidth outside of Iceland. It's some kind of 3v1l conspiracy. It's 3v1l is so pure words can not describe it.
