Question Jumper ezbook 3, Elementary. No wifi, no build-essential, no linux-headers.. not much at all.

Like subject says...
Installed Elementary OS Loki on my Jumper EZbook 3. It boots (from rEFInd usb), but I have no Wifi, no build-essentials, no linux-headers, can't install *.deb, downloaded both build-e and headers in deb.
I'm starting to loose it here, been working to get El OS on it for about a week. Finally got it going, but a machine without internet isn't that useful... any help is welcome. I really really really don't want to be forced to use this thing called Windows. Very much not.

#1 that reads like a faulty, minimal, or incomplete install of Elementary. I recommend the FULL install for those thin devices where WIFI may be problematic.

#2 that device might have the Realtek RTL8723BE chipset for WIFI. Some of those Jumper machines use one chipset for both WIFI and Bluetooth. I have read of other cases where that was mis-detected and the wrong driver used. You might want to check that.

The human that respun the ISO had the same error (it says it cannot install GRUB), but he said it was just to ignore, since it boots using rEFInd.
I have blacklisted:
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
and adding line
Code:
blacklist rtl8xxxu

This did not work.

Is there any way I can install the build-essentials and linux-headers without internet? I have the *.deb files, but the won't run/install. Don't know if that would have any real effect, but right now I can't really do anything!

There are ezbook 3s without wireless. Maybe you should check on that with lspci. To install a deb file
Code:
$ sudo dpkg -i package_file.deb
