Hey guys,
So I'am running arch linux on my laptop (Acer don't know the specific model). Since the kernel 5.6.6 (???) hibernation stopped working on my system, previously I had followed the arch wiki on how to make hibernation work, and it did work.
Ok so I decided to go and try to understand why it isn't working. Found on the
docs of kernel a page about debugging suspension/hibernation, and that is what I am following, but I am stuck on one "step".
My system doesn't hibernate on devices test mode following that the docs says to do a binary search on the modules in order to find the module that can't hibernate. My question is how I'm supposing to do that ? (modprobe -r all modules ?)
Ps: Downgrading kernel to the last LTS makes the hibernation work. The only reason I am doing this is to try to get this bug or error to mainstream in order to fix it.
