Cannot Boot CentOS based Linux

I am trying to boot Centos from my USB through unetbootin. As it tries to boot, it gives error something like "Kernel panic - not syncing Attempted to kill init".

I am using Dell - Inspiron 15 3521

When i boot my laptop using debian based linux, it boots fine but when i tries with CentOS based linux, it gives error at boot time.

I am using CentOS 6.5 64 bit

How can i make it work ?

Thanks
