Pick the top menu entry and boot into puppy. When shutting down. Say yes to save and follow the prompts.
I make my personal save about 4 gigs.

Windows Installer (EXE installer)
Use EXE installer to install Puppy Linux in Windows PC. This involves downloading an exe installer and then clicking on it (the usual way of installing programs in Windows). Find the version you like through the links below. Note that the current release is Slacko at version 5.7, Lucid Puppy is at version 5.28, and the default PAE ISO in Slacko enables access to installed RAM in machines with more than 4 GB.
EXE downloads at Mediafire - see the author's discussion;
EXE downloads at Shinobar's Sourceforge repository - see the author's discussion of Lucid Puppy and Precise Puppy versions.
The installer will add to your boot menu (1) Linux in the first boot dialogue and (2) Grub menu for choosing how to use Puppy Linux in the second boot dialogue. The file menu.lst and a "puppy" folder containing the Puppy Linux files will be added to your hard drive.
yes, i have installed it as adobe flash player.. and this is the message i got in the puppy screen: slacko puppy linux NON pae 5.7.0 Set up. This wizard will install slacko puppy linux NON pae 5.7.0 Set up , Press install to start the installation.
after clicking start, i get a message in the puppy screen which tells me about reboot the system. it reboots and doesnīt allowes me to start in windows or puppy. it just goes to windows.. i mean, it doesnīt show the boot manager when i restart the computer..

Probably because when it asked to install grub. You did nothing is all I can figure instead of saying yes. I see nothing in the above quote about installing grub at all.
Uninstall it in add remove programs and try reinstalling it again (after a reboot). It should ask if you wish to install grub.
ok, this is going better, i have installed puppy slacko 5.7 from my usb. I am now writting this reply from there.
the thing is, when i reboot the system, it starts in windows.. and have not option to starts it from linux. Unless i choose start it from the usb (in boot).
how can i starts puppy slacko 5.7 OS when i boot the laptop?
looks like you have not installed it on your box. It is running from your usb stick. During install it would need to ask about the boot (how to install grub). Or probably you only need to set that partition active.

yes, it is running from my usb stick. it didn' t ask about how to install grub.. and i did download another version before, and it didn' t ask neither.
When you make almost any USB today, you don't use a usb boot option. It is a hard drive order option and as such you boot to the hard drive first. You change the order of hard drives to put usb on top of internal drive.
Since you already downloaded Debian all you need to do is download unetbootin for windows, follow the instructions carefully & let it install debian to usb. http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/
