Have you tried *PLUGGING IT IN*???
Aside from that, you posted a ton of stuff that has zero bearing on a keyboard, don't tell us what kind of keyboard you've got, what you've done/tried, what desktop environment you're using, or what (if ANY) problem(s)/issue(s) you're having.
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 17ef:6099 Lenovo Lenovo Traditional USB Keyboard
They typically should just work when you plug it in. It looks like it is being recognized so what is it not doing?
Look at the output of the dmesg command for any messages related to the keyboard.
