Unhappy Samsung N150 Plus Fn+f5(LCD Backlight on/off) Hotkey not working on Debin 10/11

Hello, Linux users.

I'm new at Debian.
For my old netbook Samsung N150 Plus, Debian 11 i360 architecture relese is very helpful.
I enjoy new linux life.

But I have one issue on Debian 10/11.
The hot key Fn+UP and Fn+Down (LCD Brightness increase/decrease) is working, but Fn+F5(LCD Backlight on/off togge) is not working.

I checked acpievent via acpi_listen command.
The hotkey press has detected as below:
```
button/prog1 PROG1 00000080 00000000 K
```

on grub screen brightness up and down, backlight on/off both hotkey are working correctry, but after boot, backlight on/off hotkey is not working.

Dose someone have some soution for it?

Thanks.
