How to learn linux kernel size

Hi, guys. I'm trying to do minimal kernel size with xconfig. I need to check linux kernel size but i cant find information. Btw, i'm using virtual box.

size of what? the file on the disk, the size of the code, size of the data, used memory or ??? What about the modules?
