How to generate PCI bus MRL/MRM commands

I'm working on an application that reads/writes from ram to a PCI bus target's memory space sequentially. memcopy works but it generates single reads and writes. The PCI target can handle Memory Read Line (MRL) and Memory Read Multiple (MRM) PCI bus commands but I can't figure out how to get my software to generate these commands. Is there an API or something?
