Help me! Urgently


As i am new to Linux, i installed Fedora Core Linux. There was no problem with the installation. During installation, it did not ask for the user nameand password. But after the installation, it asked for the localhost login. I tried many things. But i din't get the solution. Please help me to solve the problem

You need to boot to single user mode, then reset the root password. See the Fedora FAQ question 7 for the step-by-step.

there are 2ways
1. in ur installation time they ask root password,
u can able to login as root with htis password
2if u r forget that password, u can boot in single user mode then change ur root password
