Grub authentication

I am using Linux FC5. I am implementing multi user hibernation using Suspend2. In this each user can hibernate his session separately. As soon as he hibernates, I add a entry in grub.conf indicating that the user has hibernated. Now I want to authenticate the user at the grub stage itself. i.e. as soon as he selects his session at the grub, he must be prompted for a password.
Is there any way to do this?
