Question

I tried an older version and still get the same msg. during boot up,I get the same message on my HP mini tower as I get on the old Toshiba Satellite laptop. I only have dial up so trying to down-load a distro of puppy is out of the question. I agree puppy is a much better version. I Purchased a copy of the linux bible and it came with quite a few bootable distros including Puppy. They all boot fine from the Cd but it wont let you do an install doing the usb install tool. I've tried a few hacks to find a back door to make it work with no luck. I'm open to any sugestions. "merry christmas"
