"br_should_route_hook" symbol

Hello
I am playing with bridging options in Linux. I want to know what factor exports the symbol "br_should_route_hook". I think this symbol is used by module "bridge" (either built as a module or as part of linux kernel). But in my case the CONFIG_BRIDGE is not set and even then it is exported by something. My question is "In kernel configuration what modules use this symbol other than bridge"

Thanks
