I just installed Mandrake 9.2 on a computer. It's video card is from SyS, and I hooked to it a B&W 7" monitor. Running KDE @ 800X600, I can see it fine, but the image leaves all sorts of junk when windows and menus appear (and the menus are transparent and half missing). After opening a window or two, my screen looks like abstract art overlaid over a regular KDE desktop. What's the deal? How do I make it stop?


...never mind. Cirrus Logic being pushed by a SyS driver. I didn't expect it to work this well, didn't expect it to work period.
