Where to get a STONITH device?

**I did some research and it turns out STONITH are hardware devices with multiple electrical sockets. APC sells them.
-------------------
Where do I get a STONITH device (software or hardware based)? I am studying clustering and have gotten my Heartbeat program up and running (yes!). I keep reading about STONITH devices and understand their functions, but what exactly is this? Is it a physical hardware and/or some software that shuts off the other computer?

From the edit to the OP, it seems you have answered your own question. Thanks for posting the answer up, so many people tend not to.
