If you have a SCSI controller card you should see its BIOS POST message and it will scan for and display on the screen any devices it finds. (if that function hasn't been disabled).
Does anything on the computer look like a SCSI connector? Like a high density 50 or 68 pin D like connector.
Isn't there a Redhat hardware detection GUI? Look under SCSI devices.
Look at the output of the console command lspci. It will display all PCI cards.
or
Look at the output of the console command dmesg and look for any SCSI messages.
