Unhappy Unable to install RHEL 3 on Pentium 4

Dear All,

I am trying to install RHEL 3 on a P4 machine. It says "Starting Anaconda..... Please wait". A few minutes later, it just fails. One of my friend told me that Linux does not install on P4 unless I make some changes to my BIOS settings but does not recollect what it is.

Could some one please help?

one of the problem can be of graphical modes

you can get a list of available modes by typing vga=ask and pressing Enter.

here is one tutorial
