Problem with installing A4Tech webcam

Hello.
I am using Ubuntu Gutsy and webcam A4Tech PK-935 and I cannot install it.
I've read a few topics, tired with Ekiga and there is working, but when i tried in Skype .. there is a green screen.
Code:
dadiablo@hell:~# lsusb
Bus 008 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 007 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0ac8:303b Z-Star Microelectronics Corp. ZC0303 WebCam
Camstream and Camorama cannot connect the webcam too.
