Printing from dlink di-714P+ printserver

Has anyone succeed in printing from the dlink di-714p+ print server?
I tried to set up the print server in fedora but i fail to print from it. connection cannot be establish. Can anyone offer some insights on how it can be done?
thanx in advance!!
btw i tried all the option listed in the print setup in fedora
1)networked CUPS
2)jetdirect
3)smb
4) LDP

When you tried LPD, did you put in your ip address of your router in the server box? Then under protocol put lp.

This should allow the print server to work, this is the way I got my US Robotics router to work.

I have to play around with this too (I have a similar model)

Its a very windows centric thing (ie: it comes with special windows drivers to enable printing...I really don't know why or what functionality they give) my SO uses it...I myself haven't tried YET...but I expect it won't be easy...if someone has tips, they'd be appreciated.
