Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax for Linux?

I'm going off to college next month, and I need an all-in-one printer for the dorm, preferably with integrated Ethernet. Does anyone know of one that's compatible with Linux? I'm gonna need all the functions, because there is nothing more annoying than having to reboot into Windows to do a task.

I'm using Ubuntu 7.04, if it matters.

Epsons are well-supported in my experience. I'm using a stylus DX3850 all-in-one (but without faxing functionality) and I must say that I'm very happy with it .
