openSUSE Tumbleweed won't detect HDMI-connected TV, probably after NVIDIA driver update

I use openSUSE Tumbleweed with the GNOME desktop. I game a lot on my PC, usually by connecting my TV via HDMI and a controller (playing it like a console, so to say.) The system used to detect my TV until recently, now it does not detect it at all. I tried different TVs, different HDMI cables, but the issue still persists.

I do remember the NVIDIA driver (G06) receiving an update recently so that might have caused it. My laptop boasts a GTX 1660 Ti, if that helps.

Edit: I have tried another driver (nouveau) and it still doesn't work.

ISTB noticing more frequency of late of problems like yours, NVidia drivers working fine only until more than one display is needed. Here's the latest. Does it work any better if you open any other session type besides Gnome? Are you using Gnome in Wayland? IIRC, NVidia proprietary drivers and Wayland don't play nice together, so if that's what you are doing, try switching to X11.
