No 3d accel. with 2.6.15-26-686, ATi Mobi. X1400 and Cedega

I've installed Ubunbtu 6.06, upgraded to the 2.6.15-686 SMT kernel and installed the latest fglrx drivers straight from ATI. 3D acceleration works fine in all native apps (glxgears, tuxracer, UT2004), but fails in Cedega. The frame rate for Warcraft III goes between 1 and 0, and an error about the sound config is displayed as well. Does anyone know why this one application cannot use hardware rendering? Thanks

I solved my own problem (somewhat). By adding -opengl to the command line for Warcraft III, the game now runs at full speed (60ish FPS), but the sound still doesn't work. The exact error (from Warcarft III) is Unable to initialize base sound services. Sound is disabled". Does anyone know how to fix this? Sound works in other apps in Cedega (the N4S installer).
