Mainboard on GeForce 6100 with 3D acceleration

Asrock K8NF4G mainboard have integrated on-chip video card. It's realy good video card. NFS, HalfLife works good on windoze.

I am interested how to run this hardware on Linux ? Is there a way? I want to build gaming club using Linux based on geforce 6100.

I tryied knoppix on such mainboard and it works without 3D. With nvidia 3d linux drivers it does not.

can you be more specific about what nvidia-driver version and which X-system u are using (X.org or XFree86) ?

are you sure that the nvidia kernel module is loaded at all?

I am interested to run 3d games on Geforce 6100 mb + Linux. I will use any kernel, any X-system, which supports this chip.

I did try to run gentoo+xorg+nvidia video driver. X system hangs up on loading using last official driver "nvidia". Does anybody have successful experience with geforce 6100?
