In reality, I doubt there is much of an issue with the monitor itself: by the time the graphics card is done, the signal should work with any 'normal' monitor: LCD or otherwise. So my guess would be those would work fine.
it's not really an issue, which is why no one bothers to list them in a hardware compatiblilty list. unless you're talking about high dollar/exotic/special purpose displays, most if not all crt's and flat panels will work.
Most older LCDs used 75Hz refresh and most newer use 60hz. Even if your particular model isn't listed, Mandrake Control Center has generic settings for both types.
As for the USB ports: all this means is the monitor has a USB hub built into it. It also has a USB cable that you'll plug into your computer at the other end. Again, this is very generic equipment and should work without a problem.
