KWorld ub435-q Me-TV

I received the Kworld ub435q atsc usb dongle. Although they say it is supported in the kernel, it is not coming up with lsusb, and not being recognized by Me-TV. Is there something I am missing with getting Ubuntu 15.1 to recognize this adapter? Thanks.
