FATAL error: "Thermal" and "Fan"

Hello, thank you for checking this.

When I choose to boot from my SUSE 10.1 partition the
usual Novel-SUSE blue screen loads and stays there for ever. PC does
not load the OS. Trying to boot at safe mode the process is terminated
with some messages about FATAL ERRORS IN LOADING "THERMAL" AND "FAN" drivers
and/or devices. It also says that the booting HD partition "HAS NOT BEEN CHECKED
FOR 60 DAYS" and that a check is required.

Booting Windose work fine however and I do not think there are any issues with
the hardware (e.g. the fan).

Can anybody think of anything useful to try?

Thanks a lot
Ibex

Just let it do its check - it boots in the end but takes some time.
