Dual Video Card Help...

Well my question is exactly what the title my suggest,
I have an old Compaq Deskpro 4000 with a S3 ViRGE/GX
and a CIRRUS LOGIC CL-GD5430-QC-D and every time I try
to boot my system with both cards in my monitor does not
work....
How would I set the bios up so that it will boot with boot
cards instead of just giving me a blank black screen?

the Cirrus logic card has a jumper for disabling IRQ9 if that helps
Thanks to anyone who can help me with this...

some bioses

Some bioses have the boot first PCI or AGP, and it the card the bios displays info on when booting. I guess it depends on what kind of bios you have.
