Dilemma between iTX and classic ATX build

2100GBP for 20TB drives × 64GB DDR5 × iTX (170² mm²) board/chassis? (https://terminalhk.com/pcSystem/cust...b4526004d8cd6d)
or
2500GBP for 32TB drives × 128GB DDR5 × ATX (344² mm²) board/chassis? (https://terminalhk.com/pcSystem/cust...ce966b04770388)

My table is 565mm deep and 800mm wide, is an ATX build still too big to that table?

How worth it is to go for 1.6x higher drives and 2x higher RAM’s, but 2x less space efficient and 1.191x higher total pricing?

Why do you care about table space? If the ATX is a mini tower then surely you'd have it on the floor?

Sounds like the ATX option would be better - size depends on the case you choose, but usually, they are stood on the floor - long gone are big desktop boxes under a monitor.

Why is the box ‘‘long gone’’ to be under whose screen? It’s ultimately up to individual needs, so i never minded how they will be placed

I think so but I also think the ITX case isn't all that much better. I wouldn't want either sitting on my desk but only you can decide what's acceptable to you. Also, given your listed builds, the ATX would give you better cooling and more space for future upgrades/expansion. Bigger cases are just easier to work on.

To me it would be worth it but everything depends on your use case and what's important to you.

But how about iTX board with mATX chassis? Given an mATX chassis for an iTX board doesn’t much affect for future expandability, and at least AIO cooling is ok to be placed (but of course isn’t on an iTX chassis). And as of 3.5’’ mecha drives it’s in terms of the chassis instead of the board right?

My final decision is to go for an mATX chassis whose height/depth/width dimensions in mm are 378/378/212 and with mATX (or iTX) main system, thanks for deeper info
